Mostly bumble bees and the occasional swallowtail. This year, we only saw about 5 monarchs, but then again, it may have been the same monarch, 5 times. I guess they didn’t get the memo this year. We just pruned it back a good deal, so hopefully next summer it will have more blooms to attract more fauna!

That’s just amazing, Monarchs in your own yard!! By the way, what else do you get calling to your buddleia?
