This year, we only saw about 5 monarchs, but then again, it may have been the same monarch, 5 times. I guess they didn't get the memo this year. We just pruned it back a good deal, so hopefully next summer it will have more blooms to attract more fauna! Mostly bumble bees and the occasional swallowtail.
