And NEVER put basil in bright, warm direct sun light !! It will wilk and die in a matter of hours. Trust me...I? learned the hard way. Lost a lot of basil in just 5 hours. 3 weeks of loving care down the drain...... A bit of direct sun light in the morning and evening. In between it must be shaded. That way you get leaves as big as your palm.</description>
